Pink Floyd posts countdown clock on website, fans think it marks a reunion announcement

There is solid evidence as far as fans are concerned that Pink Floyd is going to announce a reunion tour any day now, and everyone is looking at the legendary rock band in anticipation. Either that, or it's a new album in the works.

The main reason why this speculation has arisen in the first place is that the band has posted a large countdown clock on their website, which is bound to run out in just about a couple of minutes. When the time on the clock expires, it's believed that the band is going to make an important announcement that could only be one of the theories presented above.

Today, May 20, just happens to be the twentieth anniversary of the band's last album “The Division Bell.” Going to the band's website is going to redirect you to the anniversary page with the countdown clock and a continuous clip of satellite imagery looping on a soundtrack of the band's music from their last album.

The possibility of a reunion has been hinted at for some time now, ever since the band last got together at the Live 8 benefit in 2005 and then briefly for Waters' “The Wall” tour at the London O2 Arena performance.

Keep checking us out and we will offer updates as they arrive.
