Nintendo has confirmed that it has delayed the upcoming Pikmin 3 game until the second quarter of 2013. In order to make the wait more bearable, the company also released a special trailer for the fun little strategy game.
Nintendo released the Wii U last month with a variety of games including a few big ones made by its internal teams, like New Super Mario Bros. U or Nintendo Land.
In the future, the company is planning to release other games, including the long-awaited Pikmin 3.
Sadly, the Japanese publisher has just confirmed during its recent
Nintendo Direct conferences that Pikmin 3 won't make its early 2013 release date, as it's now scheduled to appear in the second quarter of 2013, between April and June.
In order to make the waiting period that much easier (or harder, depending on your ability to stay patient), Nintendo also released a fresh trailer which you can enjoy above.
