- Piers Morgan advocates for gun control, says tragedies like the one at Newtown can be prevented
Much like media mogul Rupert Murdoch, CNN talk show host Piers Morgan is also saying that the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy should be the clearest indication that gun control is a must in the US.

Morgan dedicated his show to the Newtown tragedy, asking his guests to discuss whether gun control could actually prevent tragedies like this one from ever happening.
He for one is convinced that this is the case, even though not everybody will agree with him.
“There are nearly 12,000 murders a year from guns in this country. When are you guys going to focus on that, and stop telling me the answer is more guns?” he asked.
“It is not the answer! How many more kids have to die, before you guys say, ‘we want less guns, not more?’” Morgan continued, advocating for the need of gun control.
Piers Morgan needs to go back to England!!! Not only is this a * statement but he's the most obnoxious host on air!! You won't take guns away from guys like this only the law-abiding citizens.
Peirs Morgan is very disrespectful towards his guest calling him a stupid man just because he doesn't agree with his views. The majority of the time he is wrong and rarely makes any sense. In short i think Peirs Morgan is fool.
