Actor Pierce Brosnan has recently declared, during an interview, that he's certain the Bond producers already regret their decision to drop him in actor Daniel Craig's favor.
Brosnan, 52, best known for portraying the James Bond secret agent character in four spy films: "GoldenEye", "Tomorrow Never Dies", "The World Is Not Enough" and "Die Another Day", was reportedly heartbroken when he was replaced with the young Daniel, declaring that he's certain the movie producers are 'probably scared s***less'.
"It sucks, completely," The Sun quotes him as saying. "I was just getting the hang of it, you know? But they wanted to go younger. They wanted to reinvigorate the part.
Whether they made the right choice, who knows? They're probably scared s***less, thinking, 'What have we done?'"
Daniel Craig will portray James Bond in "Casino Royale", the second Bond movie Martin Campbell has directed, after "Goldeneye".
