The word can't be repeated here, but it's easy enough to find out what it means

Pidora 18, an optimized Fedora Remix for the Raspberry Pi, has been released by the CDOT team from Seneca College, but little did they know that the name of the distribution could be the source of mischievous comments on the Internet.

The Pidora 18 is based on the latest build of Fedora for the ARMv6 architecture, and included software from the Fedora 18 package set.

The name chosen for the distribution derives from Raspberry Pi and Fedora. The result, Pidora, is actually an expletive in Russian.

“It has come to our attention that the Pidora name bears an unfortunate similarity to another word in Russian, and this has offended some community members and amused others.

“We are actively seeking a broadly-acceptable alternative Russian name in consultation with some community members,” stated an official announcement made by Chris Tyler, one of the developers.
