Being a successful musician, television personality AND dating Russian model Anna Vyalitsyna would be enough for any man. Even so, judging by his latest Vogue Russia photoshoot, Adam Levine, though, is not complete. Photoshop Disasters picked up on yet another instance of
overzealousness from the art department in one photo from the spread included in the latest issue of the Russian edition of Vogue, the fashion bible.
Granted, the spread itself is
pretty scandalous since it shows the two sans clothes (in a fashion magazine, no less), in all their toned, tattooed glory – but that’s not what’s
getting people talking these days.
One shot, of Levine on the ground, holding to one of Anna’s incredibly long legs, seems to show that either he has a very small torso or someone got a bit too carried away in post-production.
“Apparently there was horrific screaming at the photo shoot. Thankfully the art department came to the rescue and repaired the damage,” PSD writes, hinting that the latter is the case.
Jezebel, on the other hand, imagines a different scenario that might explain the awkward looking photo and, go figure, it includes a wild beast running free on the set of the photoshoot.
“Photoshop Disasters spotted a surprisingly macabre scene in Russian Vogue. It seems a tiger got loose during the photo shoot and took a bite out of Adam Levine’s side,” the e-zine says.
“Deciding it was no time to play hero, he took shelter behind this poor model, planning to make a speedy getaway while the beast feasted on her leg,” Jezebel adds.
At the same time, readers of Vogue are left to deal with the gaping nothingness of where his side used to be before.
The
Daily Mail points out that this isn’t the only example of Photoshop fails in recent weeks: on the cover of Glamour, “Twilight” actress Kristen Stewart is missing an entire arm, while in Harper’s Bazaar, Beyonce’s thighs have been slimmed down to make them stick-thin.
