One of the mobile phones that HTC is expected to unveil to the world in the near future is the HTC Ville, supposedly one of their first devices to pack Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The smartphone was rumored for the first time a few months ago, and is expected to make an official appearance at the Mobile World Congress later this month.

The Taiwanese-based mobile phone maker has yet to make an official announcement on this handset, but all points at a near release.

Following a series of leaked info on the mobile phone’s hardware specifications, and some alleged images with it, we can now have a better look at its outer design.

A new set of photos with the upcoming mobile phone leaked online, courtesy of ePrice. These images offer us a glimpse at the device’s back and front, as well as its right side.

Clearly, HTC Ville will be a slim mobile phone, featuring the already popular design of HTC’s latest flagship devices.

However, its internals will be enhanced, and it will hit shelves with a 1.5GHz dual-core application processor inside, complemented by 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone’s specifications list is also expected to include a 4.3-inch touchscreen display on the front, a qHD AMOLED panel.

Moreover, the upcoming device is said to include an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with support for 1080p HD video recording, along with a 3MP camera on the front, to enable video calling.

The smartphone will run under Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and will pack the HTC Sense user interface on top of it.

Overall, the new device is shaping up as a great Android phone. All that remains to be seen is how well it will fare when put side by side with flagship devices from Samsung or LG, and even with Nokia’s latest Windows Phones, which are considered sleek and highly appealing.
