14 DAY TRIAL // Kristen Stewart has owned up to her “indiscretion” to married director Rupert Sanders and, considering that photos of one of their romantic rendezvous have made their way online, she most certainly had no other choice but to issue a statement.
Indeed, as announced yesterday, there are photos of Kristen Stewart in the arms of a man who is not her boyfriend of 3 years Robert Pattinson, her co-star in the hugely successful “The Twilight Saga.”

They show Kristen and Rupert Sanders kissing in her car and embracing passionately several times, but all that fans seem to be focusing on is the fact that she's actually wearing and holding in her hand Robert Pattinson's cap.
Twi-hards have made a habit of keeping tabs on the two stars, their idols from the vampire franchise, and they know that Robert loves that cap and would only part with it if Kristen asked him to give it to her.
The other day, as the scandal broke, they were saying they'd chosen to believe whatever “compromising” photos the glossy had of Kristen had been altered in Photoshop, as The Telegraph also points out.
“However, the offending article has now been removed from the magazine's website following accusations – mainly from die-hard Kristen fans on Twitter – of Photoshop trickery, thus suggesting their claims are entirely false,” the British publication writes.
“They claim that Kristen's face has been digitally imposed onto Ross' body, pointing out that the shoulder in the picture is extremely bony, unlike Kristen's, but very much like Sander's model wife's, and also that the hairline matches Ross',” adds The Telegraph.
“Some Kristen fans have even posted the photo from which Kristen's face appears to have been lifted – ironically it's a picture in which she is seen with boyfriend Robert Pattinson,” the e-zine further notes.
With Stewart taking her part of the blame and publicly apologizing to Pattinson for cheating on him, there's really no chance the photos were faked – otherwise, it would make no sense for her to grovel like this.
Moreover, Sanders too has issued a statement to admit to the fling and beg his family for forgiveness.
“I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry,” Kristen said.
