14 DAY TRIAL // “Twilight” fans still hoping their favorite actors and real life lovers Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson would still get back together have just had all their hopes shattered: the handsome Brit is officially dating Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough.
This past weekend, X17 paparazzi photographed Pattinson driving his truck with a female companion by his side. The initial assumption was that she was Kristen and that they had somehow managed to work things out.
When confirmation came that Kristen was actually out of LA at the time, celebrity pundits set out to find who the mystery woman is: she was later identified as actress and model Riley Keough.
As it turns out, she also starred with Kristen in “The Runaways” in 2010, was good friends with her and, by extension, with Pattinson, her former boyfriend, as well.
The Daily Mail now writes that the two, Riley and Robert, have been inseparable for the past several days and that they’re very much smitten with each other.
“They're inseparable. Rob loves the fact that Riley is Elvis's granddaughter – that's true Rock'n'Roll royalty in his eyes,” says an insider, adding that they spent the better part of last week together.
“They now plan to spend July 4 together before Robert starts filming Map To The Stars in Toronto on Monday,” the Mail adds.
It’s precisely Robert’s packed schedule that will eventually dictate the length of the romance, with another insider telling the tab they would not bet it would last and calling it “short-term lust right now rather than long-term love.”
“Riley was always Kristen's friend dating back from their time filming The Runaways but recently Rob and Riley been spending much more time together since meeting through their Dior modeling connection and Riley has stayed over at Rob's Los Feliz apartment. They have a lot in common – they both love LA, London, rock music and table tennis,” the spy adds.
Kristen, who is now in Paris for Fashion Week, is said to be devastated that Robert would date again so quickly after their breakup and that Riley would betray her like this.
