The two celebs actually touch tongues. How can I tell? Well, because their tongues weren't in their mouths at the time of the kiss, but actually way out. While Miley is known for airing her tongue every chance she gets and also for making out with inanimate objects such as sledgehammers, Cara was a bit of a surprise.
The picture seems to be an older one, because Miley wrote “LOVE!!!!!We finally got the filmed developed Mush.” A big colorful rainbow has been added in the middle of the photo and some filters applied, but you can definitely tell the girls are having a blast while touching taste buds.
Miley and Cara seem to share the same weird sense of humor and the same passion for shocking people. Now they also share a kiss. For many people out there, this is probably the best use Miley's eternal protruding tongue has been put to. I can't help but agree.
