Another day, another possible leaked photo of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S III smartphone

has made it to the web.

The device should be released in the not too far future as the successor of last year’s flagship Galaxy S II smartphone.

Some of the previous rumors on the matter suggested that it could sport the model number GT-i9300, though some disagree with that.

However, based on the model number convention that Samsung used before, it would make sense for Galaxy S III to be GT-i9300: Galaxy S was GT-i9000, while the Galaxy S II was GT-i9100 (Samsung released the Galaxy Nexus as GT-i9250).

The Samsung GT-i9300 handset has just leaked online in a new photo supposedly showing to the world what the Galaxy S III smartphone will be all about when made available for purchase.

The photo shows a Samsung device that appears to be in line with what was previously rumored on the Galaxy S III smartphone.

It comes with a button-less front, and also sports Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system on board, apparently with the TouchWix user interface loaded on top.

The handset is also rumored to arrive on shelves with Samsung's Music and Video Hubs, the S Memo, S Planner and S Suggest apps.

Its screen should be of around 4.7-inches, and should hide beneath a quad-core application processor capable of delivering great performance capabilities to all users.

Interestingly enough, while previous rumors suggested that Samsung was aiming at shrinking the bezel of its next-generation smartphone, the newly leaked photo, available courtesy of phoneArena, shows something else (the case and what appears to be a protective bumper also contributes to this impression).

Of course, it still remains to be seen whether this photo will actually prove to be real or not, and if it actually shows the Galaxy S III (the phone was said before to sport a different model number).
