Photo of Prince Philip’s Underskirt at Annual Highland Games Makes a Stir Online

As if all the attention that Prince Harry is getting for his Las Vegas wild partying scandal wasn’t enough, here’s more to put the Royal Family on the spot: Prince Philip, making his first public appearance after a rather long illness, showed off more than he should have.

The scene of the “crime” was the Annual Highland Games, where Prince Philip wore a traditional kilt.

At one point, photographers were pointing their cameras right at him, as he forgot to cross his legs and quite unceremoniously flashed them.

TMZ (see the video above) believes that the Prince was totally going commando. If he wasn’t, they have a list of possibilities for what it was that the cameras actually captured.

We haven’t seen the original, uncensored photo yet but, assuming TMZ is in the right with this, what do you think: is too much fuss being made about a “wardrobe malfunction” that could have happened to any other kilt-wearing man, or is this something really serious?
