14 DAY TRIAL // A second picture showing the extent of the injuries Oksana Grigorieva sustained at the hand of Mel Gibson has just been released online. This too was taken the morning after the violent altercation that took place in January, and shows the Russian singer with a bruise and redness around one eye, presumably where her ex punched her, Radar Online informs.
According to the e-zine, the picture is currently used in the case against Mel Gibson, in which Oksana says she should be given full physical custody of the child Lucia because he is too violent a person not to pose a threat to his own daughter. Of course, this also begs the question of how Radar got a hold of the photo, which, again, brings to the table the issue of whether it’s not Oksana herself who’s “leaking” this material to the media. Be that as it may, the picture shows beyond doubt that Mel was violent to his ex.
“These are the shocking photos that provide powerful evidence against Mel Gibson. Oksana Grigorieva had deep bruises around her left eye after she claims Mel Gibson punched her in the head twice – and Radar Online has exclusively obtained the blockbuster photographs of her injuries. These pictures are crucial evidence in the investigation against Gibson on domestic violence charges and provide strong support for Oksana’s accusations that Mel punched her as they argued at his home on January 6,” Radar writes.
“Oksana told authorities she was holding her baby Lucia when Mel struck her in the mouth and the head, near the left temple. Radar Online has learned that the photographs were taken the morning after the brutal confrontation. They show obvious bruising around Oksana’s left eye and also redness. The bruising extends from below Oksana’s left eye to her forehead. The area around her left eye appears to be swollen. These never-before-seen pictures are key components of three separate investigations, Radar Online has confirmed,” the e-zine further says.
The other pic that is being used as proof in the domestic violence case against Gibson, and which was also published by Radar, shows Oksana with two of her front teeth chipped, as we also reported a while back. Admittedly, in a fit of rage, Mel punched her once in the temple and once in the mouth, knocking the veneers on two of her teeth. Representatives for the actor deny he ever laid a hand on her.
