A Rhode Island woman whose phone was stolen on Saturday evening from a restaurant would probably have no problem recognizing the thieves, as after the mobile device disappeared, she began receiving strange selfies via email.

The woman, named Betty Ann, was at the Galaxie Restaurant in Cranston when the theft happened. Soon after realizing her phone was missing, weird photos of the alleged culprits began landing in her inbox.

In an attempt to identify the suspected thieves, the woman decided to post the selfies on the Internet. One the photos she received shows a teenager in a Bulls shirt, while in another one three young men are flexing half-naked.

“If any of these poor excuses for a son belong to you or someone you know, take the time to explain the basics of life to them. Tell them Karma returns quicker than you think,” Betty Ann wrote on Cranston Patch Facebook page.

It appears that until now nobody has been able to identify the boys that appear in those pictures, but some people commenting on the story say that Betty Ann should have remotely wiped her phone so that the thieves couldn't access her info, while others advise her to press charges.
