Square Enix and Disney Interactive Studios have recently teamed up for the upcoming action role-playing game Kingdom Hearts 3, a next-gen production intended to land on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

Kingdom Hearts 3 will mark the first time a title from the KH franchise makes it to a Microsoft platform, as the series has until now been exclusive to Nintendo's and Sony's consoles.

While Xbox fans of the series are certainly excited to hear the good news, some would like something more, and a petition has been started in order to convince Square Enix to also deliver past installments to the Xbox 360, namely Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix.

The Kingdom Hearts on Xbox 360 petition is growing every day, but it still needs more support in order for fans to make their voice heard and show that the community is indeed interested in such releases.

Most recently, a prominent figure in the gaming world has also manifested his support, as none other than VP of Microsoft Studios Phil Spencer tweeted that he would like to see Square Enix's games on the Xbox.
