In today’s world, where small form factor (SFF) systems and high density servers are more popular than ever, Phanteks is launching an Intel cooling solution that will fit even the most crammed cases.

The official designation of the new product is PH-TC90LS and the design allows it to fit all cases that adhere to Intel’s Keep-Out-Zone (95x95mm) requirements.

Phanteks’ PH-TC90LS heatsink is reportedly compatible with Intel sockets LGA2011, LGA1155 and the old LGA1156.

The radiator is not alone in the box, as it’s bundled with Phanteks’ PH-F90 PWM cooling fan and the PH-NDC thermal compound.

It will be able to fit both 80mm fans and 92mm fans on top of it, as long as the height of the fan is not greater than 15mm (0.59”).

The manufacturer talks about three 6mm heatpipes, but we can’t see any of them in the official photos.

Pricing is slated at $30 (€23).
