Colsted comes from Microsoft where he acted as senior director EMEA specialist sales

IT security solutions provider Secunia has just announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer (CEO). The company’s board has decided that starting with July 1, 2013, Peter Colsted, former senior director EMEA specialist sales at Microsoft, will fill in the position. 

Before joining Secunia, Colsted worked at Microsoft for four and a half years.

Secunia hopes that the decision to appoint Peter Colsted as CEO will accelerate growth and international expansion, and further strengthen the organization’s international position.
