Pete Doherty Goes Berserk in Rehab

The frontman for the Babyshambles is not doing as well as expected in the rehab clinic to which he was sent by order of the judge. Following his arrest, last weekend, Doherty has been sentenced to abide by a very strict curfew at the Priory Clinic in London, until his next court hearing, on September 4th.

But the rocker can't take it anymore with all those people around him telling him that he needs help for his drug addiction. When a male nurse tried to counsel and comfort him, by saying that he needs to take session groups a little more seriously from now on, the rocker just flipped and went berserk.

Pete smashed his fist into the nurse's chest, slammed the door, trashed his room and hurt himself by repeatedly hitting his body against the walls. All the time, he kept on shouting the name of Kate Moss (currently vacationing in Bali) and insisting that he doesn't want to stay in the clinic for another minute more.

'I don't f**king want to be here. I've f**king had enough', he screamed when he unleashed his fury. Another nurse from the hospital said that he was simply, quote, 'out of control', and had to be medicated to calm down.

Since then, a guard has been placed on a permanent basis in Pete's room and he is under restrains. Yesterday, reports said that Moss and her lawyers were trying to get the judge to allow the junkie a few days off from the clinic, so that he may attend his own wedding ceremony. Today, after the whole punching and screaming incident, this seems more than improbable to happen.
