Pete Doherty Could Spend Seven Years in Jail

Pete Doherty might be spending quite a while in prison, after he got held on suspicion of possessing class A drugs three times in three weeks.

The Babyshambles frontman was stopped by the Police in London at 8am yesterday and taken to a Stoke Newington police station. It is rumored the singer spent the night in a cell.

Pete has been first held right after he ran from the rehab in Arizona, the very day he arrived in London, November 30. And on December 9, it is believed he has been held for the second time.

According to a friend of the rocker, quoted by British paper The Sun,

"This was the final straw for police and Pete fears the worst.
He has been stopped twice before and bailed.
He now has three pending charges for the possession of crack and heroine. The police are taking a very dim view because he appears to re-offend even after he has been released on bail."

The result could be a seven years in jail sentence.
If the love for Kate Moss didn't make him to remain in the rehab, maybe the Police will better manage to persuade Pete.
