Last week, the rock star was set free from jail to roam the streets of London. Former frontman of the Dead or Alive band, that topped all the charts in the '80s with their hit 'You Spin Me Around (Like a Record, Baby)', and ex-contestant in the famous reality show 'Big Brother', was accused of a month-long harassment towards one of his boyfriends, Jason Peters.
Yesterday, the first hearing of the trial began at Southwark Crown Court and the rocker made his entrance in big style. As typical for any 'lady', he arrived fifteen minutes late and managed to angry the judge assigned for the case. Pete denied all charges but was, nevertheless, considered dangerous.
Burns was released on bail but he has to wear an electronic tag all the time and keep a curfew from 10 PM to 6AM. Also, he is not allowed to enter highly circulated areas and especially the center of London, unless he has a pre-scheduled appointment.

The rocker came dressed in a gray kimono and boots with high wooden heels but it was his entourage that most annoyed the judge. Pete was accompanied by a large group of transvestites and other exotically looking characters, plus a camera crew that is said to be following him for a documentary.
Rock and roll! And very fancy, too!
