Kanye West is misunderstood and hated for no apparent reason. In his mind, Kanye is a victim, a sentiment he never shied away from voicing out loud to whoever might be listening. Just recently, the rapper complained in concert he was just as hated as Hitler.

As in, the Adolf Hitler, TMZ stresses.

The rapper was in the UK over the weekend performing at the Big Chill Festival, when, in an introduction to one of his songs, he went on what the aforementioned e-zine calls one of his trademark rants.

TMZ even has video of it – and it certainly seemed like Kanye was trying to make the rant as musical as possible.

“I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I’m [expletive]-ing insane… like I’m Hitler,” Kanye told the audience, speaking of how misunderstood and unjustly vilified he is.

Even though he accepts the fact that people hate him, Kanye also knows for a fact that the day will come when haters will learn the error of their ways.

“One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did,” he continued.

Since he was comparing himself to others, Kanye also name-dropped Michael Jordan, hinting that he was to rap and music in general what Jordan was to basketball, no less.

“Michael Jordan changed so much in basketball, he took his power to make a difference. It’s so much [expletive]-ing going on in music right now and somebody has to make a [expletive]-ing difference,” the rapper said.

As hinted above, Kanye is no stranger to this type of mid-concert rants.

Back in November 2010, after the first week of release of his album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” which had sales many times better than expected, he went on a 10-minute rant against the world at one of his shows, as we also reported at the time.

However, never before has he compared himself to Hitler. Follow the first link in the article for the video.
