The young Hollywood starlet has always been, more or less, at war with the media in general and the paparazzi in particular. Everything she does is documented with tens of pictures and often made-up quotes and, truth be told, she does do a lot of things!
For the December issue of 'GQ', Lindsay Lohan is featured under the huge headline 'Obsession of the Year', along with many photos taken of her, on a bed filled with tabloids with her face on them. Besides posing for the magazine and burning 'rags' for fun, Lohan also gave an interview in which she tried, the best way she knew how, to make fun of all the attention she gets from the media.
The interview was probably meant as some sort of spoof but all she managed to do with it was to be ridiculed even more by the paparazzi and the bloggers on the Internet. Among many things, Lindsay made fun of the way the tabloids watch her every move, her partying lifestyle (which she still claims is not as bad as they say) and the guys she dates.

Below is an excerpt from the interview, in which we can all see (or better, understand) how she really feels about the unwanted attention that is being offered to her on a daily basis:
'Q: Does it make you sad that celebrity magazines never write about you?
A: It does. I really wish they would do more. I'm trying to become friends with all the cool famous people, the ones that go to clubs all the time-try to get into those tabloids a little more.
Q: Tell me about an average day in the life of Lindsay Lohan.
A: It starts out with a 5 a.m. hike through Runyon Canyon to watch the sunrise. Then I go outside, and I try to find the paparazzi. I go down to Robertson Boulevard, try and search for them, find them, and bring them food.
Q: And then what do you do at night?
A: Well, of course, I'm sitting at the computer all night.
Q: Have you ever read anything interesting about yourself on the Internet?
A: No. I wish they'd be clever and make something up for me.
Q: After computer time, when do you go to bed?
A: No later than 9:30 p.m.-ever. On a good night, it's eight fifteen.'
