Like the Celeron processors, it was found in the specs of notebooks

Dell Malaysia has just become the source of information on yet another unreleased Intel CPU, though at least this time we are faced with a chip that actually will arrive this year, rather than a Broadwell.

Going through the specifications of the Dell Vostro 2421 notebook, and the Vostro 2521 and Inspiron 14 for that matter, will reveal the specs of the Pentium 2127U CPU.

It is a dual-core unit with a clock frequency of 1.9 GHz, 2 MB of cache memory and basic Ivy Bridge features, though not Hyper Threading or Turbo Boost dynamic overclocking.

Since Haswell Pentium CPUs will arrive in the third quarter, and this is not a Haswell, we assume that Pentium 2127 will debut sooner.

Maybe the month won't even be over by the time it comes out. The laptops mentioned above probably won't drag their feet too much after all.
