Pebble, the first watch built for the 21st century, has just received its companion app which enables users to customize the appearance of the gadget with cool watch-faces and useful Internet-connected services.

The Pebble connects to your iDevice via Bluetooth to alert you with a silent vibration when you’ve got an incoming call, email, or SMS, a Facebook message or a Twitter update, etc.

The minimalistic Pebble app acts like a dashboard for your Pebble smartwatch. It also notifies you when software updates for Pebble are ready to install.
