Open source file and archive manager PeaZip, which can be used to extract, create, and convert multiple archives at once, has just reached version 5.2.2.

PeaZip 5.2.2 is a maintenance update, just like most of the previous releases so far. Users should upgrade to the new version even if they haven't encountered any major problems.

The changes in the new version cover both the Linux and the Windows platforms, as it can easily observed from the extensive changelog. The biggest change specific for the Windows platform is the addition of preconfigured support for OneDrive path (it will be available only when applicable).

Also, the help system and the documentation have been updated. According to the developers, F1 now points to translated tutorial featuring links to the online resources and local help file, Alt+F1 points to local help file, Shift+F1 now opens the Support page, Ctrl+F1 open the FAQ page, and the existing language files have been updated.

The application has also been tweaked to better use the system file association for the supported formats. The GUI has been simplified to some extent, especially for the extraction of single archives.
