Paul Walker's entire estate is going to go to his daughter Meadow, according to his will which has been filed with the state. TMZ says that there is a possibility this will spark some conflict with other family members which were left out completely in the will of the dead actor. At the time of his death, Paul Walker was worth $25 million (€18.4 million) and now it's going to go to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

In the will that was drawn up in 2001, Walker states that daughter Meadow Rain is his only child and names his father, Paul Walker III, as executor of the will, with his mother, Cheryl Ann Walker named as an alternate.

Paul's father has meanwhile requested in court that his wife, Cheryl, be named as Meadow's guardian and also handle her estate. This is in accordance with what Paul wrote in his will.

The trouble might arise from the fact that Meadow is currently living with her biological mother Rebecca Soteros. If Paul's will is going to be approved, Meadow's grandmother is going to become her guardian, which is something Soteros might not agree with.

A court hearing has been scheduled for later this month to work out all the details.

Paul Walker, most famous for his role in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, died in a car accident last year in November. At the time, he was in the passenger seat of the Porsche Carrera driven by friend and business partner Roger Rodas who also died in the crash.

The autopsy confirmed that the pair died in the impact when the car hit a lamp post and subsequently burst into flames. Police now consider speed as the main factor of the crash, since no drugs or alcohol were found in the system of the driver and no mechanical failure has been yet reported.
