One day after saying that John Travolta was “the love of [her] life,” Kirstie Alley is making even more revelations about her love life of a few decades ago. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she claims she also had an affair (of sorts) with Patrick Swayze.

The two met in 1985, when they were shooting “North and South” and, though they were both married at the time, they fell in love, the actress claims.

Alley is now promoting her new book “The Art of Men (I Prefer Mine al Dente),” so chances are she will detail the romance in there too.

If not, above is the video.

The ironic part is that, though she insists she made a pass at Swayze and was turned down, they were in love.

Kirstie denies a physical affair but stresses that they’d been emotionally unfaithful to their respective spouses, which, in her mind, is worse.

Then again, the only reason they did not pursue the affair is because Patrick turned her down.

“I propositioned Patrick one night, but he turned me away,” the star says.

“Both of us were married. We did not have an affair. But again, I think what I did was worse,” she continues.

“Because I think when you fall in love with someone when you’re married, you jeopardize your own marriage and their marriage. It’s doubly bad,” Alley adds.

On the bright side, that was the last time she even considered cheating. For the record, Kirstie was 34 years old at the time, Patrick was 33.

“After Patrick, I made a decision that I was not ever going to involve myself with anyone married,” she says in the same interview.

As noted above, just one day before this ET interview, Alley said in another one that John Travolta was definitely the love of her life.
