World of Warcraft is one of the biggest online games in the world, managing to pull in over 11,5 million paying subscribers each month into the fantasy realm of Azeroth, where the two main opposing factions, the Alliance and the Horde, duke it out.

One major announcement every WoW player has been expecting in the last few weeks regards the 3.2 patch for the game. After receiving a few minor bug fixes and small updates, this will be a major content update for every paying subscriber.

Among some of the major changes brought forth by this patch is a new battleground called the Isle of Conquest, which will be the preferred venue for Alliance vs. Horde matches, as it will be host to forty-versus-forty battles. The most experienced players will enter the Crusaders' Coliseum where new challenges, enemies and success will be ripe for the taking.

Without a doubt a welcomed addition will be the fact that fights waged on the battlegrounds will results in experience points for players who haven't yet reached the maximum level with their characters. New points of interest for the Argent Tournament will also be added by patch 3.2 to all players, making the battle against the dreaded Lich King that much more challenging.

This new update will also bring some good news for druids, who will find new textures for two major forms, cat and bear, with five different designs for either the Horde or the Alliance. Bad news will be brought to those who play the Death Knight class, as a reduction in power is heading their way, hopefully making the whole experience that much more challenging for them and more balanced for other players.

But enough with the teasing, here is the download link for World of Warcraft patch 3.2, also known as Call of the Crusade, right here on Softpedia. Until the next major update hits, have fun in the realm of Azeroth, no matter what faction you play.
