Patrick Verner announced a couple of hours ago, November 30, the immediate availability for download of the Parted Magic 2012_11_30 Linux operating system for partitioning tasks.

Being powered by Linux kernel 3.6.8, Parted Magic 2012_11_30 includes the GRUB 2.00 boot loader, the recently released Mozilla Firefox 17.0 web browser, Truecrypt 7.1a, CUPS 1.5.4, John the Ripper 1.7.9, and a large number of updates (see below for details).
