Parted Magic 2012_04_21 comes with the following new features: added the noscripts and nopmodules to the Linux kernel command-line options. It is now also powered by Linux kernel 3.2.15.
The following programs were updated: Gparted 0.12.1, Clonezilla 1.2.12-37, e2fsprogs 1.42.2, mtools 4.0.17, dosfstools 3.0.12, util-linux 2.21.1, Coreutils 8.16, gptfdisk 0.8.4, bootinfoscript-061, ms-sys 2.3.0, safecopy 1.7, pigz 2.2.4, lzip-1.13, Parted 3.1, plzip 0.8, dhcp 4.2.1 P1, dhcpcd-5.2.12, ddrescue 1.16 RC3, ethtool 2.6.36, net-tools 1.60, wicd 1.7.2, hdparm 9.39, ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs 2012.1.15AR.1, testdisk 6.14-WIP, flashrom 0.9.5.2, smartmontools 5.42.
Last but not least, the following bugs were fixed: fixed various strange issues when resizing fat filesystems by updating mtools/dosfstools; the busybox symlinks were overwritten by updating util-linux/coreutils; Busybox is now obsolete.
