The Paris vs. Lindsay feud may be drawing towards the end, as the criminal mind behind the nasty messages that Lindsay's friends received (and thought they were coming from her) was finally uncovered in the person of Paris Hilton.
A mobile company proved that Paris has been using her SpoofCard account to hack into other people's phones and had it closed. SpoofCard is a service that allows its users to change the number of the person calling on the caller ID display.
But she, the little genius, along with other friends of hers, used it to break into unauthorized voice mail boxes and that's how she managed to make those messages look as if they were sent by Lindsay Lohan. At the time when the actress and her lawyer accused Paris of said crime, the socialite fought back by saying that she, too, had her Blackberry broken into and she understands what the loss of intimacy means enough not to do the same to others.
But the SpoofCard company says otherwise and, consequently, it had Hilton's account (and other 50) closed for investigation. It is believed that Nicky Hilton and Stavros Niarchos are also involved in the hacking of Lindsay's phone. Lohan has already contacted her attorneys to pursue the matter legally, while SpoofCard is willing to go the extra mile to check if the Federal Stored Wire and Electronic Communications Act hasn't been violated.
Probably now it's safe to say: It's on!
