Mr. Latsis, Paris Hilton's former fiancé, has found a new love.
He has been spotted cuddling with stunning actress Tara Reid at her 30th birthday party.
The two were also seen partying at L.A. nightclub Privilege on Saturday night (November 26).
A close friend said: "They're very happy."

That might determine Latsis to calm down, and not start rows with Paris Hilton's current boyfriend and fiancé, Stavros Niarchos, again.
The two Greek hunks were reportedly seen arguing at a party after the American Music Awards.

According to witnesses, Latsis met the two (Paris and hubby-to-be Niarchos) at the Musicians Rock the Soul bash held at LA hotspot Privilege, and started yelling at Niarchos.

An onlooker reported for the Daily Mail: "Stavros and Paris Latsis were yelling at each other near one of the VIP tables. Paris (Hilton) finally dragged Stavros away".

As for Tara Reid, she is good friends with Paris Hilton, being, just like her, one of Hollywood's most famous party girls, though she dislikes being thus labeled:

"People think I am America's party girl, which is just stupid. I have done 24 movies and I am creating my own TV show."
