14 DAY TRIAL // Information has surfaced from Miami today that Paris Hilton's little brother, Barron, had been attacked and beaten, and it is believed that the attack was spurred by some negative remarks about Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ has the scoop that after a party last night at a mansion in Miami, Barron Hilton was approached by someone who overheard him saying bad things about Lindsay Lohan and a conflict ensued. Following this altercation, Barron was left with injuries to his face.
Lindsay vehemently denies that she or her friends had anything to do with the attack, information also supported by Michael Lohan, who claims his daughter had left the party some time before the incident.
He said that not only did she not have anything to do with the attack, but she was also staying away from any trouble: drugs, alcohol, and violence. According to her father, Lindsay even had people removed from the party before the fight.
24-year-old Barron is convinced that it was Lindsay's boyfriend who bashed his face, a fact he also related to the police, claiming that it was Lindsay who orchestrated the whole incident. He told officers that, as his attacker was beating him, she was laughing and spurring him on.
Lindsay's alibi seems a bit shaky at the moment, since there is video of her being confronted by a beaten and angry Barron just after the fight had occurred. Lindsay can be seen quickly getting into a vehicle as Barron demands some answers.
The two Hollywood A-listers have been embroiled in a bitter dispute since 2006, when Paris Hilton's friend Brandon Davis made some very unflattering comments in reference to Lindsay in front of a large group of paparazzi while Paris Hilton could be seen in the background, laughing approvingly.
If this turns out to be true, it could mean a host of legal troubles for Lindsay, who is no stranger to courtrooms, but it could also mean reigniting an old feud between the two Hollywood socialites.
