Notorious inheritor of Hilton empire, Paris Hilton accepted the marry proposal from her boyfriend Paris Latsis, 27, a heir as well of Greek shipping. After a eight-month relationship, Latsis proposed Paris as soon as she returned from her trip in Europe, where she promoted the horror movie "House of Wax".

Rob Shuter, Hilton's spokesman declared on Monday at the press conference that "They are happy and excited". The couple celebrated the event Saturday, with a barbecue for 75 friends and family at their Hollywood Hills home.

Just last week Hilton confessed to US Weekly magazine that "I'm so in love and grateful to have found such an honest and loyal person. I feel like we were meant to be, and I'm happy to have found someone to spend the rest of my life with."
