Without being bitchy or mean, I can say that Paris Hilton's high quality intellect is in doubtful question after a copy of her deposition in connection with a defamation lawsuit filed last year by Zeta Graff was made public by an Internet site.

Paris made a fool of herself when the ex-girlfriend of Hilton's former boyfriend Paris Latsis accused Hilton of saying lies about her in New York Post gossip column, the well-known Page Six. Zeta filed for a lawsuit and asked damages from the rich blonde.

Zeta Graff claimed that Hilton fabricated in the defamer article a fight between the two ladies at a London club saying that Graff went "berserk" and attacked her. To this accusation Hilton admitted the incident never took place, but at the same time denied planting the story in the Post.

The embarrassment of the Hilton heiress over the whole scandal gets even worse thanks to the comments she made in her deposition. These comments have been picked up and made public by website tmz.com.

First, when asked by Graff's lawyer if she was aware that UK tabloids had picked up the story from the Post, Hilton responded "No... there is stuff in London," at which point her own attorney, Larry Klein, points out, "London is a UK publication." Hilton then retorts, "Right. UK. Whatever."

Another huge gaffe was Hilton saying about Graff that "She is old and should stay at home with her child, instead of being at night clubs with young people... She is not cute at all." Another stupid comment Paris made was about her traveling around Europe, stating: "I was in Europe the whole summer, and all there is like French... I didn't see anything because I wasn't in America."
