Paris Hilton: Still Saving the World, Still Dressing Like a Slut

But at least she seems to be growing a sense of humor

Paris Hilton is just the most lovable and altruistic person in this universe. I'm sure there's absolutely no competition for her, for her sense of fashion or for her ability to choose just about the trashiest outfits available and make them look like...well, trash. The fact is, our favorite heiress' brains strike again, only this time in a rather more...let's call it patriotic way.

The fact is that, before the Halloween party she hosted at he LAX night club, Paris had a bad idea - she took some questions on the red carpet and when asked about her scanty, army-resembling outfit said that her super-short fatigue dress was in honor of American troops.

"I'm wearing this for the troops because I know they're having a hard time right now and don't really get to celebrate Halloween", she stated. She didn't go into any details as to what exactly "for the troops means". There are several possibilities, you see - but I can't get into any details, because I'm afraid I might get carried away and I really don't want Paris on my case for involving her name in a porn scandal (for more details on that stay tuned).

It looks like Paris is under the impression that if she puts on a slutty outfit, it actually means she's doing that charity work she mentioned on Larry King Live after she was released from jail. But I must admit it's a pretty good excuse: every time Paris decides to put on a slutty outfit (which means, like, every day) she can make up a charitable pretext to avoid any malicious comments.

For example, if she decides to come out wearing nothing one night, it could be all in favor of poor people around the world with not enough money for clothes. Or if she flashes her vagina again, it could be in favor of women who are not allowed to have abortions. Trust Paris to come up with all sorts of excuses. I'm telling you, she really has the moves. However, she does score some points for finally being able to make fun at the expense of her own stay in jail. Later on that evening, Paris changed into another slutty outfit this time impersonating a sexy prisoner - with the word JAIL BAIT emblazoned on her a*s. Well, amen to that.
