Having lately faded slowly but surely from the attention of the media, Paris Hilton is desperately trying to claw her way back in, by any means necessary. By the looks of things, her preferred means of achieving that by the use of the shock factor. According to the Huffington Post, Paris made her way to the P. Diddy Red Carpet Pre-Grammy Celebration last night in Los Angeles with a revealing long black gown that has sheer paneling in just the right places.

These sequined panels left one half of her waist exposed, right before dramatically plunging down her right thigh, revealing an area of the body that is usually covered by underwear.

The 32-year-old blond chose to complement her attire with a pin-up style hairdo. The ensemble caught photographers off-guard with its revealing nature, but they soon got back on their cameras and try to catch Paris giving away the good as she posed.

While she did manage to keep her private parts under wraps, Paris was dangerously close to give away far more in her risqué outfit. Halfway through the party, she changed the uncomfortable dress for a more manageable leotard and fishnet stockings.

The dress was reminiscing of Gwyneth Paltrow's dress which she wore at the premiere of Iron Man 3 back in 2013. It too revealed the actress' side with 2 sequined panels which showed the complete lack of underwear.

At the time, the dress started a fashion craze which was immediately picked up by other female celebrities in Hollywood. Most famously, Jaimie Alexander managed to spark a debate with her sheer-paneled dress that barely managed to cover her privates at the “Thor: The Dark World Premiere.”

However, the most famous wardrobe malfunction with robes of this kind has to be Adrienne Bailon's, who offered a complete full-frontal and actually had to be censored when she showed up at a party in New York back in 2012 with nothing but a patch of fabric covering her modesty.

Now Paris chooses to make a return to the sheer-paneled dress fashion and offer her contribution to the nearly-X-rated red carpet photo collection.
