It seems this has been a very busy week for the skinny outrageous blonde. According to 'The Defamer', the Hilton heiress broke the law again... and they have it on tape!

Paris hit a parked vehicle when backing out (sources say that she did check the mirrors, but maybe she was just refreshing her lipstick or mascara) and then left screeching, without even bothering to get out of the car to look for damages and almost running over a group of young girls.

Her spokesperson told the press that the 'star' is so harassed by paparazzi that she can't just step out of the car into the crowd! She did look and she saw that there was no major damage to either of the vehicles, he added. This may be so, but she could at least have left a note for the poor man or woman whose car she bumped the huge Range Rover into.

This incident is just another from a line of similar ones, that started since the 1st of May. 'In the Zone' has done the math and reached the conclusion that, if Paris were to have been fined for every misdemeanor in which she was involved, she would have to pay $1682. And that's just for her activity in the last 2 months!
