Exactly; read once more the subtitle as I will repeat it here as well: would you spend $6500 on a Gresso Symphonia MP3 player? Not that I would but the simple price tag seems to be already so staggering that you'd expect something truly amazing of this MP3 device. Well, much to my (and I guess yours as well) disappointment, Gresso has nothing to impress on the tech-side, except it has a lot to offer on the glamour and haute-tech, if I may say so. The Symphonia is really absolutely nothing more than a simple 1GB player being able to handle MP3, WMA, ASF and OGG files and which also has an FM radio. As for the rest, no TFT kazillion colors (touch)screen, no portable video players and no other similar stuff; the Gresso is just for show-off and maybe showing off the fact that one can really spend a whole lot of money on such a hyper-luxury thingie. The Symphonia comes in 3 versions, depending on how much you want to show off: the Blackwood and White Gold (obviously for the cheap-o's), Blackwood and Pink Gold (for the ones who have at least a small amount of self esteem left) and finally, the one and only, perfectly fit for a "true lady"-like heiress Paris, the White Gold and Pink Gold version! See, form the flimsy and un-interesting $4000 Gresso up to the $6500 one, here is the difference between a hillbilly and true style! Blah! 18 carat gold-blah, even! Having finished my small rant on the buyers, I must add that Gresso has put up quite a lot of effort in technology usage and managed to give Symphonia an astonishing gold finish, LASER-cut and perfectly flat, covered in some substance Gresso claims to be as hard as diamond. The small size and the exquisite manufacturing may render the Gresso Symphonia a jewelry-level gimmick rather than an exceptional MP3 player. Paris, there you go! Show us who's the king!
