Paris Hilton, well known for owning a menagerie of pets, has been voted as the World's Worst Dog Owner for 2005, in a poll conducted by The New York Dog and The Hollywood Dog magazine.

Ms Hilton's dog-parenting skills left a lot to be desired", Joint editor Leslie Padgett is quoted on MTV.com as saying.
"First she loses Tinkerbell, then she ditches her dog for a cuter dog, then replaces that dog with a ferret, then a Kinkajou monkey, and then, I gather, a goat. Recently Tinkerbell was spotted back in Paris' arms. But how long will she be in favor this time?" she added.
"She only likes them when they're very small and Tinkerbell got too big", one of Hilton's friends said.
Meanwhile, the readers of the magazine voted soul sensation Joss Stone as best dog owner. The famous teenage singer is also a volunteer for the North Shore Animal League America.
"Joss is a huge advocate for shelter dogs and it's not just talk", Padgett said of Stone.
The voters have also appreciated actress Ashley Olsen and praised Tori Spelling.
