What Lil Wayne and Paris Hilton have in common, besides a career in music, is spending time behind bars, albeit for different crimes. It’s only understandable then to have the socialite interview the rapper about his stint in prison – and his music plans.

Make no mistake, Lil Wayne is dreaming big: he wants to bank $50 million by the end of the year, with the mention that he wants this to be his money.

In other words, he’s not talking about generating this amount, but about actually making $50 million in profit.

Money is not all “the king of hip-hop” is after: Lil Wayne would just as well settle for becoming a name future generations will know and love.

“It’s very exciting. I love pressure, so I guess if that brings forth pressure, then I’m up for it. But, you know, titles are titles, and names are names. As long as people remember me forever, that will be enough for me,” he says.

In the same interview, the rapper talks about solitary confinement in prison and how walking out “is the best feeling in the world,” while also offering fans a glimpse of his life at home, with his two shark pets and his fish.

In his turn, he asks Paris when her sophomore album is coming out (it’s “soon,” apparently) and how come she hasn’t approached him yet for a collaboration on one of the many “summer bangers” she has on it.

Paris remedies this by openly asking him to duet with her on one of the songs, an offer Lil Wayne happily takes up.

Where the two are different is in the amount of media attention they get, Wayne points out to Paris: he rarely has to deal with the paparazzi frenzy she sees every single day of her life.

“The only time I ever really witnessed some crazy paparazzi was during my court experiences. Every time I rode up to court, as soon as I jumped out of the truck, they were there to snap, and all in our way to where we couldn’t walk,” he recalls.
