Speaking of how her relationship with Cy Waits ended, Paris Hilton said it had simply run its course and it would seem she wasn’t lying about it, because she’s not mopping after her ex. The socialite is now dating Todd Phillips. Reports in the US media say that the two probably started dating last week, which is also when they went “public” with the romance, in the sense that they no longer took any precaution not to be photographed together.

Radar Online points out, in fact they’ve already been pictured kissing at least on two separate occasions, and once as they ran errands around town.
“It must be love! Paris Hilton and Todd Phillips have now been spotted together THREE times! The unlikely pair began showing up together almost immediately after Paris confirmed she’d
split from longtime boyfriend Cy Waits,” Radar writes.
“She was caught kissing The Hangover producer/director at a nightclub on Thursday, and Sunday the new pair was out for lunch in Malibu,” the e-zine informs.
Besides the fact that a new relationship confirms that Paris was really over Cy, perhaps even before they broke up, the romance with Todd could also boost her acting career, which, in all fairness, is not her biggest accomplishment to date.
“Phillips has several films in development, including Hangover 3. Don’t be surprised if Paris pops up in one of them,” Radar says.
As for what went wrong with Cy when, just a few months ago, Paris was gushing about how he’s probably “the one” with whom she’d want to start a family one day, rumor has it that her new reality show
put too much strain on the relationship.
“The World According to Paris” premiered to very disappointing ratings but it ruined Paris and Cy’s relationship even before that, as he realized he simply couldn’t cope with that much media attention and having every detail of his life documented on camera.
