Paris Hilton and her boyfriend were assaulted in a club without the smallest provocation

While socialite extraordinaire Paris Hilton is no stranger to runs-in with the police or to causing hysteria that ends in brawls with her mere presence, until just the other night, she always managed to come out of them unscathed. As she was clubbing with her latest boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton was assaulted by one of the bodyguards of the DJ and pushed around, as she herself explains in a new post on her MySpace page.

Turns out, this time, it was not Paris to blame for the altercation, although reports claimed the contrary the other day. Initially, sources said that the heiress was acting like a diva in the respective club, saying she could huff and puff and have things done her way, which prompted the bodyguard to try to calm her down by escorting her outside, which is when a fight broke. Paris, on the other hand, is now saying all she wanted was to ask the DJ nicely if he could change the music to something more “danceable,” when he got all aggressive and summoned his muscle man to have her thrown out.

“Just checking in to say hello and clear a few things up. […] First of all, last night at a club my boyfriend and I were assaulted for no reason at all. The DJ (I don’t even know his name cause he sucks so bad) was playing the worst music ever! I like certain techno music, but this was not even danceable and was frankly giving me a migraine. […] I asked the DJ if he could please play Daft Punk or Bob Sinclair and he rudely snapped at me and was like ‘I only play this kind of music.’ […] Then out of nowhere his bodyguard (don’t ask me why he has a bodyguard, like he really needs one. Ha) pushed me really hard, that’s when my boyfriend, like my knight in shining armor, stepped in and told the guy to keep his hands off of me.” Paris says in a message to her fans on her MySpace page.

“Then all hell broke loose, it was like something out of a fight movie, it was so frightening. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Doug was fighting off like 6 guys. But he was of course stronger then [sic] them all but one of the idiots punched him in the face and busted open his lip. There was blood all over, I cried I was so upset and scared. It was ridiculous and for such a stupid reason, I cannot believe people behave this way, like ainmals [sic]! FYI this is not in my nature to be in club brawls, I’ve never been around anything like that. It was totally unprovoked and thank God Doug was there to rescue me. A man should NEVER put his hands on a woman in that manner.” the star concludes by saying.

In the same post, Paris also sets the record straight on her rumored engagement and future wedding to Reinhardt: it is not happening, she says. He did not propose as tabloids say, and is neither thinking of doing so anytime in the future. With this out of the way, fans should look out for Hilton’s new sunglasses line that she will be launching soon at the Eye Wear Convention, as the post also says.
