The painting in question can be seen at Spinello Gallery in Miami, where Hackworth is having a solo show called 'Thank You, Come Again'. It is a part of a larger series, 'Celebrity Fantasy Series', which also includes a portrait of Mary-Kate Olsen with a similar 'attachment' to her crotch. Thus, Paris Hilton has reached the height of her fame: by her mere existence and way of being, the overrated heiress has managed to become a cry against war... with people using her as a negative role model. Congrats to Hackworth for showing us how things stand!
