You might have been tempted to believe that Paris Hilton has $208 to pay for storage fees. You were wrong: she doesn't. But that's not her only problem: she is also facing another tough year of too much exposure (literally, this time) as her 'never before seen' sex tapes are slowly (but surely) surfacing on the Internet.
It all began last Wednesday, when a certain website was launched. It included, among many other things, Paris Hilton's love letters, video diaries, taped phone conversations and video tapes shot on various occasions and anyone had free access to them if they had enough money to pay the monthly fee.
The owner of the website got his hands on the explicit materials after the heiress/ actress/ singer/ wannabe porn star failed to pay the $208 fee she owed to a storage facility in Los Angeles. Because she would not be bothered to respond to their many citations, the company seized all the items in the store house and auctioned it. It ended up in the hands of a broker who later sold the valuable merchandise to the now owner of the site.
The moment word got out that Paris has not one but several home made sex tapes, the website was literally flooded with requests. Among them was also a 'cease and desist' from the heiress' army of lawyers, who fought under the claim that the personal items are illegally owned and distributed. That is probably the attack line that they will be using from now on, too.
Sources from inside tell the media that Paris Hilton joined forces again with her former boyfriend Joe Francis, the creator of 'Girls Gone Wild' and a protagonist in one of the short movies posted on the Internet, in order to fight the bastard who dared to 'victimize' poor Paris.
'We're pissed and I feel for Paris right now. She's been victimized yet again. We want this thing down and we're seeking monetary damages. They were taken for us only when we were dating. These guys have absolutely no right to use the images - they flat-out put them on the Web with no permission. He messed with the wrong person.', Francis told 'The Post' yesterday.
Francis also revealed that Paris is looking to press criminal charges because the owner of the site, together with the 'Sultan of Sleaze' himself, David Hans Schmidt, also posted her medical record, thus shouting to the four winds that she took Valtrex to treat herpes.
