You know what they say, 'never judge a book by its cover'. Paris is asking the world to do the same thing, when listening to her album, which is only days away from being released on the market.
Basically, the socialite turned actress turned singer can't blame people for still considering her by the light of what they have seen or heard in the press. But, the singer claims, that is very far from her real person or her identity as an artist.
Comparing herself with the majority of singers, who have to struggle for years and years until they finally become famous, even Paris is aware that she is in the advantage from that point of view. 'Most artists, you know, they're unknown before they actually have their album come out. And with me, it's a different situation because people have seen me around for the past couple of years'.
And she goes on by saying that does not mean that the world is to judge her latest artistic endeavor as a mere whim or by taking into consideration her past life: 'I can understand people prejudging on that fact, but the music speak for itself'.
Despite being such a multi-layered artist, Paris states that music has always been her greatest passion, ever since she was a little girl: 'I've been singing and playing the piano and violin since I'm 6 years old, so it's something I've been doing all my life'.
Miss Hilton ended her appeal to the fans, by saying that, if she has such a passion for music (which is surely to be seen in all the tracks from the 'Paris' album), listeners all over the world will feel the same about
her music: 'I know music, so I know people will love it'.
