They managed to access their teenage girl's account when they confiscated her phone for a week, after she “got fresh” with them.
The modern Midwestern parents posted 10 pictures on the girl's Facebook account, which to some young girls could be considered social suicide.
Some users applauded the parent's initiative, the Daily Mail reports.
“They've uploaded about 10 of these to her Facebook. Doing it right!,” user “AustinMac” argues.
To make things more interesting at school for the girl, the picture went viral after someone snatched it and posted it on Reddit.
“Something like this would have been about the most horrifying experience of my life,” one user commented.
