If you ever thought that Fireglow Games has stopped thinking about its popular Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory real time strategy game,
you were wrong - they have just released a new and free addon we're going to talk about right now, right here - and you can also check the biggest improvement it brings by clicking the image in the thumbnail to the left.

Yes, it's about paratroopers! With the new units, players now have all the possible options of deciding their war tactics. If you decide to solely use this new feature, you should know that, just like in real life, you will be able to use them for quick, surprise attacks and sabotage operations. Also, with their help, you will be able to support and supply your troops that have been cut from general forces with ammo and fuel. Definitely a nice addition and something you have to try if you already want to play the game. Not to mention the fact that it's free...

Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory is a real time strategy game like no other that presents you the "real" World War II, with land, see and air battles that promise to be historically accurate, very challenging and fun at the same time. It features a fully interactive landscape, big maps and some quite massive operations, impressive amounts of units fighting in real time and many more. When it comes to gameplay, Fireglow Games has created an interesting Micro-AI, which allows your troops to think for themselves (a fact that, strange or not, turns them into little robots that follow your orders much better).

Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory offers in the single player mode five campaigns to test your skills and strategic thinking: you can play for American, British, German, Japanese and Soviet sides. There is also a really neat multiplayer mode, with up to eight players being allowed to have fun with one another in skirmish missions.
