Parallels Desktop 7 has received a new incremental update which adds a single change that many users won’t even feel. Some, however, who are fortunate enough to own a Retina MacBook Pro, will.

That’s right, Parallels Inc. has added support for the new MacBook Pro with Retina display launched to great acclaim on June 11: “We are proud to announce that both Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac and Parallels Mobile have been updated to support Apple’s Retina display and its over 5 million megapixels on the newly released MacBooks and latest iPad,” the virtualization company said this week.

Apple’s all new 15-inch MacBook Pro also features all-flash storage and quad-core processors in a thinner and lighter design.

Parallels Desktop 7.0.15098.770637 can be downloaded for free (by existing users) via the link below. Quite a development cycle going on there at Parallels Inc., to have such mile-long increments, would’t you say?
