A 26-year-old woman from Philadelphia has been found dead after drowning in her 58-year-old boyfriend's tub.

Her body was found in his three-story mansion by a janitor on Saturday, May 25. At the time, he was on a trip to Jersey shore in Avalon, New Jersey.

Paralegal Julia Papazian Law was lying in the bathtub, and a preliminary forensics examination revealed that she had drowned after having a seizure. Daily Mail reports that she was foaming at the mouth before possibly passing out.

Boyfriend A. Charles Peruto Jr., a criminal defense attorney has been Law's boss for the last two years. Law would have been 27 on Tuesday.

“I'm grateful we made every minute count, without a single dispute about anything ever. [...]  Earth lost the best one ever. Happy birthday baby,” Peruto wrote on Facebook.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, there is no evidence of foul play and police are not treating the death as suspicious.

A friend told reporters that Peruto was clearly distraught when he heard the news. Richard L. DeSipio, an associate, recalled his boss calling him from his car and recounting the incident.

“Julia was a beautiful, caring free spirit hippy, who I was blessed to have known. [...] Words can't express how sad I am to finally have met someone who I believed truly loved me.

“It's very hard to find someone who really matches you on all eight cylinders. […]We worked and played, and never got enough life,” Peruto states.

Autopsy results are due in order to confirm the cause of death. Law leaves behind a loving family, including her sisters and her 10-year-old brother.

“I'm especially sad for her 10 year old brother, who was her life, along with her loving and close sisters, mother and step-father,” Peruto adds.
